Barbara Scolaro

Biography

Barbara Scolaro was born in the Bronx on January 12, 1969 and spent her childhood between New York and Florida where she began acting in local theater and commercials. She moved to Atlanta to focus specifically on theater and performed in multiple productions at the opulent 'Fox Theater'. She moved West to San Diego where spent she spent several years studying at 'The Old Globe Theater'. Once in Los Angeles Barbara's TV and film career has steadily risen working on all the major networks and with some of the top directors and producers; Ryan Murphy, Ben Affleck, Michael Bay, Jerry Bruckheimer, Tibor Takácsm, Phaden Papamichael. She has co-starred with Jon Voight, Bryan Cranston, Alec Baldwin, James Spader, Jennifer Garner and Julie Bowen. As well, she has major voiceover credits and dubs Latin soaps. Barbara has three sisters; is of Italian / Irish decent. Her mother is from Sicily,Italy and her father's family is from Ireland.
